These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PipelineHunt ("Service"), operated at pipelinehunt.com. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

Account registration

To use PipelineHunt, you must create an account with a valid email address and password, or sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Subscription and billing

PipelineHunt offers monthly subscription plans that include a set number of credits. One credit is used to reveal contact information for one lead. Credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not roll over. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your account settings. You may cancel your subscription at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

You agree to use contact data obtained through PipelineHunt in compliance with applicable laws, including anti-spam regulations such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR where applicable. You may not resell, redistribute, or scrape data from the platform.

Data accuracy

We strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date B2B contact data, but we do not guarantee that all information is current or error-free. The B2B data landscape changes constantly, and you acknowledge that some records may be outdated.

Intellectual property

All content, software, and branding on PipelineHunt are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited license to use the Service for your internal business purposes during your active subscription.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PipelineHunt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
